Evergreen Tabletop Expo Presents the 2018 LUCI Awards

This weekend, on June 2-3, the DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond, WA will be hosting the Evergreen Tabletop Expo where aspiring board game designers can discover panels and seminars hosted by industry professionals and check out the annual  LUCI Awards.

The LUCI Awards (named after a giant octopus that likes puzzles) is a contestopen to any unpublished game. Eight semi-finalists are picked before the show and must present their games to attendees and a panel of professional designers.

This years judges include James Ernest, Lindsay Tokuda, Paul Peterson, Liz Spain, Joseph Z. Chen, Marie Poole, Mike Elliot, and Ruby Wishnietsky. Winners will get the Northwest LUCI Award and a prize pack that includes a PlaytestNW Membership, a Game Crafter Gift Certificate, a Feature in Casual Game Insider, and a product photo session with BeBold Games.
