Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising & organizing our sales department. You will oversee managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned
goals & coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication & organizational skills. Previous experience in a
sales-related role is a plus. Language skills in German &/or Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
General Operations:
– Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue & expense controls.
– Meeting planned sales goals.
– Setting individual sales targets.
– Tracking sales goals & reporting results, as necessary.
– Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
– Promoting the organization & products.
– Understand our ideal customers & how they relate to our products.
Direct To Consumer Sales:
– Direct sales at live events.
– Product demonstration at live events.
– Develop & initiate sales promotions.
– Track & analyze sales trends (working with Marketing & Accounting departments).
Direct To Retail Store Sales:
– Direct contact with stores (phone & email) to provide product information, etc.
– Maintain retail store data base.
– Product demonstration at live events (consumer conventions, trade shows & distributor open houses).
– Product demonstration for training retailers & employees on how to sell titles to the target consumer.
– Develop & initiate sales promotions.
– Track & analyze sales trends (working with Marketing & Accounting departments).
Direct To Wholesale Distributor Sales:
– Direct contact with stores (phone & email) to provide product information, etc. on behalf of the wholesale
distribution partner.
– Direct contact & timely submission of product information to the buyer(s) & account managers.
– Maintain buyer & account managers data base.
– Product demonstration for training account managers on how to sell titles to the target retail store.
– Develop & initiate sales promotions for distribution & for retail through distribution.
– Track & analyze sales trends (working with Marketing & Accounting departments).
Sales Manager Requirements:
– Experience in planning & implementing sales strategies.
– Experience in customer relationship management.
– Experience managing & directing a sales team.
– Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
– Dedication to providing great customer service.

We are offering a salary starting at $40,000/year that includes 2 weeks paid vacation, sick time, health insurance, vision insurance and dental insurance. This is a remote position but only open to US residents.
